Genoptræn.dk is a rehabilitation portal with an associated mobile app and a website allowing patients with rehabilitation programs to follow a treatment that suits their times and needs. The program provides fast and simple contact between patients and their therapists. The program also motivates the patients ensuring that they remain on track for their rehabilitation program.
The project is a collaboration between the Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark in the Southern Region of Denmark and the municipalities of Odense, Middelfart, Haderslev, and Sønderborg. The Mobile Fitness team has provided the technical solution and has been involved in the development of the concept.
