Solrød Municipality and the Mobile Fitness team have developed a website and a mobile app that brings together different health care solutions available for employees, citizens, children, and youths in the municipality with respect to exercise, alcohol, and smoking cessation counseling. At the same time, users can receive help for changing their lifestyles within dieting and exercise through the programs many functionalities.
